The below phonic alphebet was re-constructed from an old, but reliable

text.  It represents the oldest known rhunes of the oldest known

English language.  You will notice that it does not contain symbols which represent

our current letters like 'Q' or 'Y'.  While Old English had these sounds,

they are represented here in the 'kw' for 'Q', and the long 'e' or long 'i'

for 'Y' sounds.  There are also letter-groups that we don't use in today's modern

English, but are necessary when pronouncing certain words in the ancient tongue.
